Luxury Villa Hedona with pool is located by the sea in a quiet bay in the village of Žrnovo on the Island of Korčula, 3 km away from the center of Korčula Town. This charming beauty, 10 m from the sea, has its own mooring for boats up to 10 m.
The luxurious Villa Hedona with pool is spread over 430 m2 of residential area, on a 1000 m2 plot and has three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor.
The cascading stone-lined terrace of the Luxury Villa Hedona enriched with beautiful plants blends in perfectly with the beautiful nature of Korčula Island. Heated infinity pool is perfect for refreshing, and for those looking for sunbathing, poolside lounges are located on the wooden floor. A poolside shower is also available. If you're in the mood for some relaxing or delicious barbecue food, you can walk a few steps further to the fireplace next to the dining table for 8 people and a comfortable sitting area that gives us a perfect view of the blue Adriatic Sea. Guests can use the mooring for boats up to 10m.
The stone stairs lead to the ground floor of the house where there are two bedrooms with the terrace exits. One room has queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower while the other has queen size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. On this floor there is also a TV room for movie lovers looking for fun and a wine cellar for lovers of good wine.
The stairs go up to the second terrace of the first floor, which has a covered relaxation area with seating and dining table for 8 people. The first floor consists of a modern living room with an internal fireplace, which gives a rich overall impression of the house and access to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views. There is also a fully equipped exclusive kitchen with a bar and separate fitness room where you can exercise daily.
On the second floor of the villa there are the remaining two bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. An office room with a pullout sofa for two is also on this floor. Villa is fully air-conditioned and soundproofed for maximum privacy.
